- Please make your check payable to the NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WORLD SERVICE AREA OF AFG INC or NO CA WORLD SERVICE AREA OF AFG INC. Please do not abbreviate the name to NCWSA.
- District and Group Treasurers, please write your District number and your Group’s WSO number on your check.
- Please fill out and include the printable Donation Form (A25)
